Fewer stops, better days
A longer list does not make a better trip. We focus on the places that matter and leave enough time to enjoy them.
Our story
I’m Reem. I have travelled across all seven continents, and every journey makes me want to discover more. I love reaching places that are hard to imagine until you see them, and I enjoy the planning that makes those journeys possible.
The person behind the planning
A place catches my attention, and I want to understand it. When should I go? What lies beyond the familiar route? How can the journey fit together without spending every day moving on? Finding those answers is one of my favourite parts of travel.
That curiosity has taken me to Antarctica, onto glaciers in New Zealand and diving in the Philippines. A memorable trip can also be a quiet corner of Japan, a few days in the mountains or time in a place you have wanted to visit for years.
My background is in technology, where careful planning and solving problems are part of the job. I bring that approach to travel: working out the connections, choosing places to stay and finding guides who can help you understand a place.
That is why I started STARS & ROADS. I want to plan your trip with the same care I give my own. We begin with your interests, the time you have and how you like to travel. Then I build a route that gives you time to enjoy each place along the way.
What matters to me
A longer list does not make a better trip. We focus on the places that matter and leave enough time to enjoy them.
We look for responsible operators, sensible group sizes and wildlife experiences that put the place first.
A stay, a guide or an extra night should earn its place in your route. I want to understand what matters to you before suggesting what belongs in your trip.
For me, luxury also means time to enjoy a place, excellent service and a stay with a real sense of its surroundings.
A thought to travel with
“What is essential is invisible to the eye.”
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, The Little Prince
You can plan where to go and what to see. What stays with you is often how it felt to be there, who you shared it with and what you noticed along the way. That is what I want to leave room for.
