Itinerary design
A day-by-day itinerary with transport planning, recommendations for places to stay and things to do, and useful booking links. You make and manage your own bookings, including flights. During the trip, you can message us on WhatsApp with questions about your itinerary during working hours.
The planning fee is agreed for the number of travel days being designed and paid when you commission the itinerary, before work begins. The written proposal confirms the scope, delivery date and revision process.
Journey design and bookings
We plan your journey and arrange the flights, stays, activities and other reservations listed in your proposal. Planning is included in the agreed price. Before and during the trip we are one message away, and for an urgent problem with something we booked, you can reach us at any hour, wherever you are.
An initial payment is collected at the start, after we explain the outline and agree the proposal, before detailed work begins. It counts towards the agreed journey price. The amount, balance dates and supplier payment deadlines are confirmed in writing.
Booking responsibilities are agreed for each trip. Revisions are included within the agreed scope until approval; a new destination or a change requiring a fresh plan needs a new proposal. Read the service and payment terms and cancellation policy before commissioning work.
