Service and payment terms

Before you commission a journey

An introductory enquiry is free and creates no booking or payment obligation. The written proposal identifies the service, total price, currency, applicable taxes, deliverables, payment dates, booking responsibilities and support included. Work begins only after you accept the proposal and arrange the agreed payment. This website does not currently take card payments.

Itinerary design only

We prepare a day-by-day itinerary, transport planning, recommendations and useful booking links. You book and pay travel suppliers directly and manage those reservations. During your trip, you can message us on WhatsApp with questions about your itinerary, and we reply during the working hours and time zone stated in your proposal. This is not an emergency service. The planning fee is based on the number of travel days to be designed, with the rate and full price confirmed in the proposal. Payment is collected when you commission the itinerary, before planning begins. No daily rate is published here.

Journey design and bookings

We design the journey and arrange the reservations specifically assigned to us in your proposal. Planning is included in the agreed journey price, with no additional planning fee unless separately agreed for extra work. An initial payment is due at the start, after the outline and service have been explained and the proposal agreed. It is part of the total journey price. The proposal specifies this amount, subsequent payment dates and who pays each supplier.

Payment methods, currencies and instalments

Payment arrangements are confirmed before you pay. Our preferred payment method is bank transfer, particularly for journeys that include bookings. Card payment may be offered, mainly for planning fees: where available through our payment provider, card payments may be made in US dollars or Israeli shekels, with instalments subject to the provider and card terms. The proposal or payment summary identifies the charged currency, any conversion basis, applicable fees, number of instalments, due dates and any interest. Your card issuer may charge its own conversion fees, and your bank may charge its own transfer fees. Never send card details through the enquiry form or WhatsApp.

Supplier payments

Suppliers are paid according to their booking requirements and deadlines. Customer instalments do not automatically extend a supplier’s payment deadline. Before any booking commitment, we agree how the required payment will be covered. Unfunded or late payments can affect availability or trigger cancellation under the disclosed booking terms; a missed payment does not automatically cancel a reservation without cost.

Proposal validity and changing prices

A proposal is valid for 48 hours unless it states otherwise. Supplier prices and availability are checked again when a booking is made; accepting a proposal alone does not reserve a room, fare or activity. Any price change is presented for approval before the affected charge or booking commitment. A booked component is confirmed once the supplier confirms it and the required payment is arranged, subject to the terms disclosed for that component.

Revisions and a new planning project

Revisions are included within the agreed scope until you approve the itinerary. The proposal sets the feedback process and timeframe. A change of destination or another change requiring planning to begin again is treated as a new project. Any extra scope and fee require a new proposal and your approval before additional work starts. Changes to confirmed bookings may also involve supplier fees, fare differences and revised availability.

Booking responsibilities and traveller details

The proposal states which reservations we arrange and which you arrange yourself. Traveller names, dates and other relevant details are checked with you and confirmed in writing before each booking. Names must match the travel documents used. Tell us promptly about any error or change. Your confirmation does not remove our responsibility for an error we make. Passport, visa, insurance and entry requirements should be discussed during planning; never upload identity or medical documents to the enquiry form.

Help during travel

For trips that include our booking service, you may contact us at any hour about an urgent problem with a hotel, activity, vehicle, flight or transfer booked through us. We help coordinate with the relevant supplier; a particular outcome, immediate resolution or available replacement cannot be guaranteed. Tips and general recommendations are handled during the working hours and timezone provided in your proposal. Itinerary-only services include WhatsApp answers to questions about the itinerary during working hours, but not an in-trip emergency support service unless agreed separately.

Destination information and images

Routes, seasons and durations are indicative. Weather, operator decisions and entry requirements can change a journey; wildlife sightings, northern lights and access cannot be guaranteed. The globe experience includes illustrative digital scenes, not evidence of a guaranteed view, hotel or excursion. Viewing the website does not grant permission to reuse its text or images.
